I called Boss today and the tech support representative acknowledged that by swapping lens beside changing the nozzle, the auto focus parameter value must be re-adjusted. This require some testing by firing the laser on some scrap material and adjusting the table in relation to the nozzle until the laser beam will produce the smallest dot possible. When happy with the result the Z value must be noted and by using the software you need to update the existing parameter vale of the "Focus Distance" in LightBurn or "Focus Depth" in RDworks with the new value.

Ok regarding the 60W power supply support said that its is fine, they test the 70w tubes with that wattage and it the60w can fully power the tube without issue.
On a pulse on 95% I should get 20.3 mA which according to support is what to expect.
