Autofocus-

I have never used autofocus... so, yes, I know nothing about it. I wonder how many people use it [I suppose some people don't have the option] and if you focus manually how you do it? I have always had a motorized 'Z' [again some people do not] and a remote so I have always focused that way, with a hand held 'step' gauge. I cannot reach the back of the bed anymore so I cut a 18" long step gauge to focus back there [and to level the bed]. I think that Russ moves his lens tube up and down most commonly. I have been trying to develop a Poll but all these options make my head hurt, so please indicate how you do it. Gene
