Hey Everybody,

I work for an embroidery machine distributor, and we've recently decided to test a line of CO2 and fiber laser engravers. It's primarily my job to learn how they work, and how we will train other people to operate them if we decide to take them on as a distributor, or if we'll just keep the ones we have to use in-house.

I managed to find this forum while trying to see if there was a better RDWorks manual than the one we were sent, which, as you know, is not great. Between the time difference and language barrier, communication with the manufacturer is not as smooth as I would like, so I'm grateful that there's a community like this of folks who have been where I am now. I hope to add to it in whatever way I can.

Welcome Chris. Be sure to back up your vendor settings...they are easy to loose and hard to find.
We do have a revised manual ...but it was written to ver 19.
