Hi, Everyone.

I am a hobbyist although I do use the laser for template and similar items for my main business (IT). I am using a 100W "Blue" Co2 laser w/ awful K40 type rails (SMH) that will hopefully soon be replaced! I've recently added compressed air to my laser. This has made a huge difference in cutting plywood cleanly. I also own a fiber laser and have toyed with picking up a diode based laser but haven't found a good use case that the Co2 or fiber laser can't do ... (???)

I've attached a few pics from my latest projects:

Thanks,

Welcome Don- you look like you are doing fine. We recommend that you save your Vendor files as they are often lost and hard to find. I have found that 1/8" plywood makes nice templates or if you need 1/4" the mdf core plywood cuts very nicely. Gene
