My laser only cuts straight on one side. If, for example, I cut a square piece, the left side is right, with a cut almost perpendicular to the table, but on the other sides, the cut is slanted.
I've lined up all the mirrors the best I could ...
Can someone help me? What could be wrong?
Tks

Sounds like you are either not parallel in Z, or you are off center in the lens tube / on the lens.

are you sure the bed is parallel to the gantry
mount a piece of wood or a 6" steel ruler to the laser head so that it is perpendicular to the gantry and about 6mm from the bed
Move the laser to each corner of the bed and check the clearance - if the clearance changes the bed is not parallel to the gantry and you will need to fix that

I have checked the Z, and the head seems to be perpendicular to the bed, and the bed is at the same distance of the head on the four corners. I also checked that the beam is on the center of the head...

This may be your problem. Have you made sure the beam is centered in the lens tube??? On most heads you'll need to be a little low from center on the head coming from mirror #2 to get the beam centered in the lens tube.Fernando Moreira wrote: Tue Jun 01, 2021 I also checked that the beam is on the center of the head...
Have you watched these two yet??
