computer not communicating

Hi I just bought a new computer and installed all software. RD works keeps giving me a no communication error. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.

Did it work OK with the old puter? Are you using USB or ethernet [USB can be harder]? Have you tried Lightburn- usually easier to connect in my experience.
