ive upgraded from the k40 to a bigger machine i make my own stuff when the machine works

Welcome Adrian- there is a topic in the FAQ section on Vendor files and how to use and alter them. Also a topic called rescue files with Vendor files from various machines, if you pick a similar size machine it may work for you- these machines are very individualized by who ever assembles them and which of thousands of components and combinations they may use.
