HI all from Australia,
My business partner and I have just recently upgraded to a 50w CO2 laser engraver, RDC644XG and upon setting it up she decided to factory reset the machine. I had not had a chance to set it up or back up via PC yet so of course now the machine is banging itself apart whilst I try endlessly to reset the RDAsetup files ect to no luck as supplier is taking forever to get back in touch with us. So yea thats how we got here.
