Problem when using SCAN

Hi,

When I try to cut on my new machine with RDWORK and Ruida 6442S every thing goes will, BUT when I use SCAN mode the machine moves and scan the whole size of the machine and not the specific image or drawing.
say when I use scan to engrave a 5cm drawing, the machine move the whole table size from right to left

any idea how to solve this issue

Welcome Waleed- Is this machine new [or new to you?] and is the scale set correctly when you cut with it? How new are you to lasers and their operation- for instance watching Russ' 10 or 12 introductory videos. Please give us as much info as possible and we will try to help you. Gene
