I have a Black and Red Chinese machine that I purchased 3 or 4 years ago. It is a 50W machine and came with a rotary tool. I use it mainly for cutting and making legend plates for commercial electronics cabinets. I have recently ran into problems and came here to find a factory backup file. I did find one but I do not have access to download it. I have also been watching Russ's RDWorks Learning Lab 77 Vendor and User Files and will try that approach tonight.
