Max/MIN Power

Hello,
I have a question about setting the power of the laser.
I can enter a maximum and minimum value for the power of the laser on the display of the RUIDA controller.

I can also enter maximum and minimum value for a job in the software (RDWorks, Lightburn).

How do these two settings affect each other? And what is the best strategy for this?

Setting power in the display and setting power in the layers of RDWORKs is effectively the same

However, if set a min and max power in vendor settings that is the limit power can be adjusted with out regard to setting in layers or the display panel.
