Hi all.
My name is Jan Gunnar and I come from Norway, Sarpsborg a city in southeastern Norway. I bought a 1690x1000mm 350 / 80W laser machine almost a year ago. I have only had problems with the machine and the supplier, and have not been allowed to use the machine to its fullest. But now I hope I can find some solutions, answers here.

I bought a machine that has only been in trouble. It seems like the machine has been put together by B items I tame. The problem I have now is that the laser beam rises above the center in the far right corner. I have not been able to solve this problem. The machine is level. The beam between mirrors 1 and 2 is straight. The beam between mirrors 2 and 3 is in the center in the right corner when it is outermost (by the control panel) but hits over the center in the right far corner. I cant solve it.

This is a common problem with large beds- I suffer the same issue and can diminish it but not completely cure it. Russ has a video on this problem and one of our members has a procedure to address it- I am on Vaca and don't have his info available.

Thanks for reply. I managed to adjust the beam to hit approximately in the center in all corners, but then I do not get the beam perpendicular from the laser head in all 4 corners. I think it's a mechanical fault. The cabinet can be slanted diagonally, or just in one corner. I have measured the cabinet using a laser and it is within 1mm + - and I drew vectors in 2D so the effect is minimal. The laser beam hits about 3mm above the center in the inner right corner. If you get the opportunity, feel free to send me what you have of links.
