Hi - Yesterday my 6442g controller running an 80W 1300x900 Chinese laser (Win 10 /LBurn1.0.06 RDW8.01.57) stopped powering the leadshine motor drivers for the XYandZ axes - it had been working perfectly for months before this. Now when I power it on the control panel says System resetting and nothing moves and there are no lights on the motor drivers at all -(neither red or the usual green). The controller itself shows a solid #15 red light as it always used to and after 30 seconds or so the#14light starts flashing and the controller panel says "if restart at Power Off - enter or escape - If I press enter it will start to run a file and if I turn on my water - the tube will fire properly but the laser head will not move - also I can still move the head freely by hand because the motors are not powered up at all. My usually helpful guy in China cannot seem to grasp what I am trying to say about this and wants to enjoy the Chinese New Year without any problems. I have previously (about3 years ago replaced the 6442g after the previous one had worked for about 4years) - Can anyone suggest a test or method of determining what might be wrong? And does anyone know if the controller has to be replaced if it is possible to just order the controller itself as the panel is fine and I even have a spare panel.

Now running generic 1300x900 -80W Chinese laser in a tropical salt laden environment. Been operating for 11years and still (mostly) loving it. Using LBurn 1.0.06 RDW 8.01.57 and Ruida 6442G 5200 chiller (knock off copy of S&A.)
