Hi everyone,
My name is Lee and I’ve just purchased my very first Laser cutter / engraver with the intention of designing and making inserts for one of my other hobbies, board games. I’m not from a design background but do have electrical / electronic experience from my career as an electrician and robotics engineer. Looking forward to learning and tinkering with this interesting piece of kit.

Welcome Lee- that sounds like a very good application for your new machine. If you do not already have a graphics program [think Corel] I would advise looking at Lightburn which has a quite good graphic capability. Also we always advise saving your Vendor/User files as they can be a bother to replace. If you have questions ask and enjoy your new toy. Gene
