Sending from Corel to RdWorks V8

I'm back for more! Okay, I'm kind of sorted out with my previous issues, I have two issues, the Auto focus isn't operational, what setting if it's parameter / software issue should I be looking to change to get it to function? 2nd issue sending a image from Corel to Rd the image does not get scaled so if it's a 2" image it gets engrave way bigger then 2 inch, where should I be looking for changing it? Thank you for any help!

Update: Got the scaling issue fixed, just don't remember making a shape and then adjusting it in the software / machine parameters, sorry!
