Hello, My name is Russell Dolan. I started at IKEA 10 years ago as a forklift driver, then eventually moved up in rank into the IT department then into the box fabrication department, designing packaging for them using a large 2500mm by 1300mm cnc cutting machine designed to make boxes.just last year I quit my dayjob and decided to take my cnc knowledge with me and start my own company ( SPOT51.COM) I currently have 3 cnc china laser machines and building more soon

Welcome Russ- I was looking at your website... are you actually making the clocks from vinyl records? They are made from PVC which is hazardous, toxic and will corrode your machine and anything the fumes touch. We had picts of a couple machines used for a month or two to cut vinyl records for xmas gifts and they were very very scary. We lost them when the forum was fragged a couple years ago unfortunately.
