I did a run on engraving with the laser, and all was fine, but when I went to do the next batch of engraving it had no power. My tube had been losing a bit of power for awhile so I thought it was just done, so i replaced the tube. No power still. Replaced power supply still no go. I am using a
RDC644G-B (EC) controller and i see that I have a red light on 15 (GND) with 14 flashing. I have checked all my connections so I have no idea what I need to try next.

Do you have a mA meter? I am guessing you do not- that will tell you if the PS has failed or something upstream from there [wiring or controller]. Most power supplies have a test button or if you look in the PS instructions they will tell you which terminals to connect together- again ruling out the upstream possibilities. There are a few possibilities, water protection, Lid safety switch, etc. Just keep ruling out the possibilities. Good luck and keep a positive
attitude :D

With power and tube connected, short WP to ground, then L to ground to actually fire it. Warning, it will be 100%.

Now I got that fixed, it was the door sensor.. Hopefully get the no power to laser fixed soon

Be careful with the WP errors. I had a partially blocked inline switch that failed partially closed. Cost me a laser tube on a brand new machine. Was damn glad I got it through Amazon and they jumped in to make the manufacturer stand behind their machine.
