HI everyone. First Post here. I have a red/Black 60 watt machine I purchased several years ago. I had been using RDWorks since I purchased the machine. I have purchased a rotary setup for the machine and engraved some tumblers using LightBurn. Now I try to use RDWorks the Y Axis will only travel about halfway of the machine. The display says it is moving 500mm but actually only about 250mm. I have done a calibration in the Vendor Tools of 400 X 200 Y and get a measurement of 398 X 92 Y and after adjusting and writing back to the controller it seems to be the same measurement and nothing has changed. Has anyone seen this issue before and would anyone be able to tell me how to fix the issue?
Thank you in advance.
Gerald
Step Issue I think

I think I have it fixed. This morning It was slamming the full extent of the Y. I was able to find a backup form Feb. 2021 and that seems to work. It did knock my lens out of adjustment so I will need to do another alignment but should be good to go.
Thank you
