Hi, not been on here for a while, not had many problems, but a while ago I updated my Ruida rdc6422s software to v8, having not needed to cut for a long time, only been engraving, I downloaded a file like I used to do and went to the side panel to select the mode from scan to cut, and it only showed scan and no matter how I try cannot alter that?, if I draw a image in the Ruida software then all the options are there!, I produce my imaging on Coreldraw and download as a png or tiff, never had this problem with the older version, can anyone help me to sort this problem?? Thank you
