Look at the right side of the 2nd & 3rd square....they are not aligned

Hello,
yes, i also see that.
But it seams for me, that is not a problem of a missalignment of the lines then more
a problem , that the Laser starts firing with a very little delay.
As you can see, the first line starts from left to right and the second from right to left.
All the time it looks if the the Laser starts firing, but it takes 0.1 mm until the full power is reached.
see attached picture.
I dont know if/what i can do against this?
Is that maybe relatet to the Speed? 300mm/s seams very fast.

When rastering (scanning) the laser head accelerates to full speed before reaching the image to be scanned. So the speed at the start of the scan is constant (not still accelerating).
The laser power supply may have a small turn-on delay (and that's what you've been calibrating). But there shouldn't be any perceptible ramp of the laser power, even at 300 mm/s.
Is your laser in focus? What does a single dot look like?

Hello,
thanks for the Tip.
I have made some "Pulse" Dots with different Power.
I dont know if that is/can/have to improve ... sorry?

Your dots look good. This shows that your focus is good and the beam isn’t hitting the inside of the nozzle and the lens isn’t cracked.
So we must find a different cause for the quality of the line at the beginning of each scan.

Hello,
yep, it seams so.
Have you any ideas, where i can start to investigate ?
Thanks
