Is the 'puter connected with USB? That is problematic with RDworks- use ethernet if possible for better transfer.

Its USB. I have to use SmartCarve4.1 not RDworks.

So I got the new controller having issues with setting up the stepper motors the information I have on the old setup is this.

So I got the new controller having issues with setting up the stepper motors the information I have on the old setup is this. I can get the x y to move back and forth and played around with the distance but that's about it.
