Just a quick look at the wiring diagram while eatin sum lunch looks like I will only be using the switch and the pneumatic relay valve because both of my compressors are already on manual electrical switches. I only need to cut off the air supply to the nozzle (except for the low flow for the lens) while engraving. Depending on how much air I need as to which compressor I will open to the system. Hopefully I am looking at this correctly. Will find out this weekend.

Hi Willy .... my shop air is hooked up directly to the laser .... only an on and off Air Solenoid .... so I was going to use the supplied switch to turn the Shop Air Solenoid on for testing purposes.

Hope all goes well with your install

Ok, got it installed.
Manual valve will not cut air off. Allows full air with valve open but only closes about 2/3 off. Too much air passing thru the valve when turned all the way in.
By pass switch works.
Air assist does not come on automatically with program ticked to blowing.
Will have to go further. Frustrating to wait 5 weeks for delivery of parts and the valve is junk.

That was the same video I looked at cause Russ's was too long and contradicting.
Got it all working except for needing another air regulator valve. Can't just order any old valve because it is metric threads and not NPT.
Had to go into vendor settings and enable air assist.

This is my set up and the valve I need to source. The manual valve with the air line connection and screws into the manifold block. The system works great other than this valve will not adjust low enough with the valve turned all the way down as tight as it will go. I tried installing another ball valve in this line but cannot fine tune it.

The needle valve on the solenoid you show is what you need- what is that valve doing?
