I don't use lightburn - but can you create two separate layers on scan and one cut and try that?

Nope, tried that one. I am thinking on trying RD works but hate to have to learn MORE new software. Funny the bigger in size the engraving the worse it is. Somewhere in the code numbers are off and not by much either.

I meant can you try it in Lightburn

How about 2 separate files run consecutively - one scan and then one cut

At this point I just won't use fill and line. I got the bong factory to pledge some work my way so other concerns at this point. LB is working on it. I even tried rolling back a few rounds and it still does it. I am wondering if it is my cheap chinese machine. Maybe I need better steppers?
