I would love if the members would list: X width of bed Y- depth of bed Z how much Z travel do you have.

I am preparing to offer a modified version of Russ' acrylic Rotary- no motor, no electric connection, no calibration. You just layout the graphic, align the Rotary on your table and engrave the cup or glassware. Thanks for helping. Gene

Hi Gene,
My machine (Red & Black 60w) bed is 700mm x 5000mm as indicated in the Rd Controller, from stop to stop. The Z travel (measured by me) is approx. 177mm. I say approx. because the Z position is always 3000 on the display, but the top of the platform rests at 89mm when lowered to stop, and 266mm when raised to highest position (before it touches the nozzle with focus tool included).

P.S. I have a "Z" motor bed (button controlled) can I have its positioned read and displayed in the controller like the "X" and "Y"?
Additionally I have 2 Rotary axis devices (3 Jaw) uses 152mm (base to center-line of jaws), the flat one uses 20mm from table to rollers.

>>can I have its positioned read and displayed in the controller like the "X" and "Y"?<<

It can't do it now because it doesn't utilize a stepper motor and controller to drive the Z axis.
