80W RECI current vs. % power test

I ran a power curve first starting at 10% and then another for more resolution in the 10-20% power range. I used the current on the LCD panel since it has a digital indication (and seemed stable during each run).

As you can see, the curve is rather nice and pretty darn linear from 30-70% power. I won't be using my tube at more than 65% power to maximize tube life per RECI recommendations.

Hopefully, I'll get around to actually measuring the power output of the laser soon - got one of Russ's Dohickey units 😊
