Intro for me...John

Hi Folks,

My name is John. I am a IT manager. I'm also a student taken advantage of the work benefits of paying for two classes a semester. I have taken many thing to include welding, networking,web design, machine shop, and gunsmithing. the machine classes and gunsmithing got me into CNC and a fiber laser at school. That is where it started.
I do woodworking as a hobby so i decided to jump in and add CO2 laser and CNC Router to my hobby.

I jumped in the deep end and bought a dual head larger laser machine from China.

It Got here a few weeks ago , but the electrician just finished running the power to my shop tonight( I recently moved to a new house with a bigger shop).

I think like most of you , I found this forum from watching Russ's videos.
Been watching since i ordered the machine.
I am excited to apply some of the things I've seen into action. Hoping it cuts down some of the learning curve down.

Anyway I hope this is a fun and long lasting part of my hobby.
