I am just reorganizing my shop so I can get my new 150w CO2 machine setup and running. I would like recommendations on cooling additives I live in norther Utah and it gets really cold (-30f) and I don't have a full time heated shop. Currently I engrave headstones (sandblast) but I am wanting to laser etch photos onto black granite. I have enjoyed the videos that Russ has been so kink to create.Thank you!

Welcome Shayne- I have a very similar laser and have a lot of fun and produce a lot of usable products with it. The machines that are mostly used for stone engraving have open bottoms from what I have seen so they can be rolled over heavy stones for engraving. I am sure if you handle headstones that you have considered most of the problems. As far as freeze proofing I cannot help, but living in Minnesota, it is going be be a issue. Gene
