Are you having a version issue with the Corel Plugin for AutoLaser?

Seems to speak Illustrator which also means you should be able to import from Inkscape. Also Autocad but once again watch the plugin you install.

Unfortunately this is where a lot of Chinese sourced hardware (profit comes from unit sales) falls over when it comes to software (R&D and constant spend to keep updated) and as a result we users get a bad experience.

I have a complete boxed Ruida Control panel and circuit board here, Do you know if it's a straight swap over ie same plugs in the same places.

Thanks Tim,
All my artwork is on Coreldraw, No point purchasing new software as other 4 lasers all work fine from Corel. Thanks

It is tough when you are invested in a platform. Back when I had a real job Coral was the company wide software suite for all of the marketing and basic tech drawings. I actually picked up a copy of V9 secondhand to use at home many moons ago.

As your Laser will speak Adobe it will speak Inkscape and both will handle things like EPS which I seem to remember was an option to save as in Coral. While it is a two step for a result it might be an option. Import then export as AI or whatever other formats Autolaser accepts.

Inkscape is a FREEBIE BTW or donate a bit to the cause if you like.

Sorry don't have a current version of Coral to check and I have no need to install Autolaser. :)

I have done the switch from Leetro to Ruida but have never seen a Top Wisdom. The connectors will probably be different and the labels [terminology] will differ but they all do the same job with the same CNC components and a HV power supply. I don't think it will be too hard.

Thing of Random that may be useful to others having TopWisdom issues or wanting to swap out boards. A paid guide to changing one out to a Ruida controller.
