USB and ethernet dead on RDC6442G-EC

So I have a 6442g that took a small power hit and now the usb, ethernet, and disk ports no longer work. Is it possible to replace just that small board? Or is the entire board shot? The laser seems to boot, go to home, and adhere to the bed size fine. You just cant get any files to it. I have a 6442s replacement but I'm hoping to get the vendor and user settings off the old board as the new one thinks home is in china and the bed size is as big as a house.
