My name is Rob. I'm retired Air Force, and purchased my laser about a month ago. I am hoping to set up a retirement business. Everything working great until yesterday. I cleaned my lens, and was set to pulse to align the LED. Laser wouldn't fire. Checked all the usual suspects, everything seemed fine. Tried to reset the factory parameters, now everything messed up. Bed won't move, makes a grinding noise. X and Y axis move, but only about 8 inches and move opposite direction from arrows on the control panel. The only good new is I moved the wires from the laser control on the main board to the second laser head (not used). Now the laser will fire, but everything else messed up. Any help would be appreciated.
