Hello everyone, Alan McCabe here from Downpatrick in Northern Ireland. I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new to this forum. I purchased a K40 just before the world went into meltdown . I was bitten by the laser bug almost instantly, I upgraded my little K40 with a Cohesion board and after some tweaking its running just great. I figured I would use my lockdown time wisely and so have started building a version inspired by the Future Fabrications series on Youtube. I will post some photos in due course.
Thanks all for having me
Alan McCabe

Welcome Alan, we have several people building lasers now, posting in a subforum. I actually bought the same plans as you mention, probably not to build but just to see how he built it. Gene
