Hello everyone, I got my new machine since about 3 weeks and since day 1, the PULSE button was working intermittently but since few days, it just doesn't work at all, not even a BEEP from it. Here's some facts:

-The laser is fully functionnal up to 35mA when I run it with a program (RDWorks and Lightburn)
-The test button on the power supply works up to 35mA only when I disconnect every wires on the big green plug and wire together the IN and 5V connector
-When I bypass the L-P-G wires on the power supply with a rebound switch, I can only get 2mA

Anyone has an idea of the source of this issue?

Thanks for your help.

Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.

The pulse button is controlled by the Max/Min power settings on the controller. Don't fully understand the second problem. The pulse [and other] buttons on the controller are membrane switches, that could be part of the intermittent problem, if it is a used machine they do wear out and replacements are available for ~$15 US.
