I've created a couple of DXF files from a design I made in Fusion 360.
The strange thing is, that most of them import fine, but one or two cause RDWorks to crash when I try to import them (the strange thing is, that once in a while I can get the troublesome files to import, but most of the times the program crashes).
I've tried to export the affected files again, but to no avail.
All of the files are comparable in size and quite small (5 - 15 kb), so I can't think of a reason why these particular files won't import.
RDWorks crashes when importing DXF files

RDworks is not the most stable program. I would try a trial version of Lightburn.

Never had a problem importing valid dxf files. I have had a problem exporting DXF from fusion. Sometimes point fly off to infinity and you do not notice!.
There are plenty of free 2d cad packages (draftsight/inkscape etc - even graphic packages such as corel draw/adobe illustrator). You could try importing the dxf into one of those and ensure all lines are where you expect them to be. Any errors then correct and save as dxf again.
How do you export your DXF files from fusion. The best way is to use [manufacture] as this will show your tool path when created. It also allows for the laser kerf to be incorporated - I think there once was a method of creating a dxf from the [design] menu.
