These are the largest cylinders I have done on my rotary [so far] they are a liter and a half. Fortunately the handles screw off. I used Laserbond 100 with some difficulty.

So... of course the next day they want one more mug done- I told him that he was not going to get the normal 10% off for quantity 
. He is a very energetic friend of the owner's who does wall hangings of the N#s for aircraft with the color scheme of the plane - it is his logo on the mug and a sample hanging on the wall behind [out of focus]. He came up with an invention a month ago and I did a 3D design and printed and laser cut a demo model- he is handy as he is a great sheet metal man and also will do heating/air conditioning if needed.

I did- I built Russ' acrylic model and used it once and was convinced of the theory, so designed a more robust version from 20mm extrusion. If you want the plans message me your email- I have Fusion 360 files as well.
