Hi,

I have a problem with RDWorksV8 that I cannot sort out.

If I import an image, I can engrave it perfectly. If I duplicate it in the same layer, the scan lose the halftone scale. Only Black and white.

My intention is to engrave many images using only one X carry movement by line. Now I have to scan them one by one, in different layers.

Do you know a solution?

Many thanks and regards.

I was looking for a solution and I found a semisolution. Using options "direct output" and "independent output" at the same time, the halftones appears in both images. But it still engraving one by one. If I unmark the checkbox of "independent output", halftones dissapear, but scan the images as I want (all together).

i think this is a limitation of rdworks, each image (scan) is in its own layer.

the easy solution is to use any image editing program to compose your final image from the many parts, then import only the resulting larger image and engrave it.
