I'm very very happy with the unit, it does seem to be very well built and thankfully very easy to adapt. Many removeable panels so great access to all the mirrors for alignment. It's lacking the adjustment on the head that pretty much most do (the reason for Russ's specialist heads) and despite larger gearing yes it lacks the finesse of Russ's adapted belt array, but it's mightily impressive all the same, especially for the price paid.
Compared to the listing it's upgraded even from that as it has a newer RDC 6445G unit and it DOES have a pass through slot (even though the seller said it doesn't and the photos on the listing don't show it).
The built in fan is not up to much and I've made the following upgrades so far :
- Fitted a mild steel bed
- Blocked up all air vents but removed the thin front panel under the door to allow air intake
- Fitted a much stronger "silent" fan and longer vent tube - https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/S ... ILENT.html
