My 2nd hand bought laser cutter came with a TongLi tube. It had been a tank and lasted for 8 years, excellent small beam diameter, so I am very satisfied but I can't say what happened in the meanwhile with the company/quality or anything. I even don't know if TongLi and YongLi (as you linked) are the same.
