Hello everyone, first of all sorry for my English, I do not speak it and I am using Goole's translator, 4 days ago the machine arrived, a blue china 5030 and when I turned it on I have the first problem with the machine, I think everything The problem is with the RDC6442-S controller that it carries, when it is turned on it makes 0.0, but the Y axis, when it reaches the limit sensor, stops for a second and begins to hit, as if it wanted to continue higher, and used the screwdriver trick and it works, it makes a home, to the center the X axis and the Y axis go up a little, then the up and down keys do the same function, they both go in the same direction, up, I reversed the movement in the RDworks and they continue to do the same, in the X axis I changed it too and that if the movement inversion works, I don't know where to throw it to make it work for me or I bought a giant paperweight.
I hope you can give me a hand in solving it, I am in contact with the company that sold it to me, but they are slow to answer.
A greeting.
Juan Garrido

Hi Juan,
maybe a wire from the motor wiring came loose. Could you check the connection/wires between the control board and the motor drivers and the connection/wires from the motor drivers to the motors?

Thank you very much Philipp, it was the same, a motor cable that was loose, it was not visible and pulling it out of its place, it would not make good contact and it was not working, you are the host as we say in Spain, what learn from you, the great teachers.
Again thank you very much and best regards.
Juan
