Hi all
I have a Chinese Blue 60 40 machine which came with a cheap controller so I have purchased the Ruida 644G controller.
In the vendor settings I have set everything as I think it should be but all is not well.....
For some reason the Breadth sizes I entered into x 600 and y 400 do not get imported into the controller.
The controller shows 10000.0 in both x and y. Do I need to change this on the controller? if so how?
The second issue is I get a "hard limit protection" error when I home the x axis, how do I stop it going back too far?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome Ken- Look for Rescue files and pick a machine that is similar to your size and homing position [if possible] There will be instructions on comparing your Vendor settings to the rescue file you select and you can compare the two files. Homing switches will normally be adjustable altho sometime I have seen that they are not. The switch will trigger on a piece of metal [probably] and sometimes that can be adjusted instead of the switch. Good luck, try some of this and repost this in the proper forum- this one is for intros. Gene
