My K50 will cut/engrave just fine when I import a file but something is screwy with text! When I Create a file using text and preview it on my laptop it looks fine but the preview on the controller only shows three dots. I gave it a try and it only engraved three dots!

What width of line are you using for the text? You can only go so small ans still laser it.
