Hi I'm James.
I've had a K40 I've played with for a few years but wanted something a little bigger.
Last week I saw an Accuris Powersharp (a rebranded LTT ILS-3V) on Facebook market place and bought it for $100.
No laser tube, but mechanically it's like new.
I'm not interested in trying to use the 20 year old motion controller, so I've ordered an RDC6445G, a new tube and PSU from Cloudray, and some DM542T stepper drives.
I hope to have it converted over as soon as all the parts show up.
Along with lasers I enjoy metal casting, FDM and Resin Printing, CNC maching, etc.
Thanks for having me in the forum, hopefully I wont have too many questions.

Welcome James. Good luck on your build. Be sure to backup your vendor settings, they are easily lost and difficult to recover.
