I worked as senior engineer and R&D Manager at Universal Laser Systems from 1994 through 2018.
Great company.
Did the mechanical designs for the M/V/X machine line (now called the VLS/PLS machines).
I have a host of laser machines in my shop, from 24" x 12" through 48"x24".
Regards.

Welcome Stefano- you sound well qualified. I don't hear/know as much about Universal Lasers as the other RF laser makers, we are mainly CO2 lasers here as they are cheap but always interested in learning about other kinds of lasers. Gene

Universal makes CO2 lasers and laser systems.
They happen to be RF-pumped metal lasers instead of DC-pumped glass.
Many advantages to RF pumped lasers!
I do own one 100W glass laser and it was great for cutting. Now I use a Coherent diamond 100W (250W peak power) for cutting.
LMK if you have questions.
