hello my name is Rick i have a small company located in San Antonio, Texas. we offer several services one of them being laser engraving.. I have an ebay bought 150 watt laser but that tube lasted only 3 months. So its been replaced with a 100 watt reci which has been awesome. anyway i want to learn more about the software and machine. i have learned alot in the 3 years ive owned the machine. having said that i by no means feel like i am an expert. Welcome Rick- sounds like a fun business, unfortunate about the tube failing but not uncommon I am afraid. I love business applications for lasering and we will help however we can. If you have not already, save your Vendor files [per FAQ] as they are commonly lost.
