But the new RDWorks and 6445G firmware is here.

Got the downloads from Ruida, and they gave the go ahead to post them on my Google Mod Page. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharing

RDWorks .50, and firmware release up to .30.

They are still working on a few tweaks, but the nice thing is the STATUS delay is now operational. So if you use a relay off that to enable air assist and exhaust start, you can program in the delay to let the blower get up to speed before the job starts. The WIND still functions just fine for the high pressure solenoid.

Couple of projects in the works, the nice one is three separate commands on the keypad on where to send the head. One to go to the origin point, a second to send it to the docking point, and a third to send it to 0,0. You will be able to set the controller to get the head out of the way to remove your work and scrap, then send it back to your registration point to line up the next piece.

My firmware is .22- I imagine you have upgraded to .30 with no issues? You seem to have an inside person at Ruida? Always interesting to read your stuff, Dave.
