Hey, i'm still kinda new to whole laser co2 world. I tried to engrave on plexi 4mm but result is kinda off from i would like to get. I took picture how it curently looks. It was engraved with 17% power (40w) and 80 mm/s.

What steps can you suggest to get all black letters?

Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.

What media are you engraving on- white surface/black background? If so it looks like you may have too much air pressure- tends to blow the vaporized particles onto the engraved surface where they rebond to the plastic?
