The control signal for both laser are on all the time. Lightburn shows laser 1 and 2 but it’s not turning off other laser. I still have TL voltage to power supply. I’m at loss as to what to do. I’ve tried RDWorks settings and Lightburn neither changes output. I know it’s something simple. If anyone has idea of what I should do please help. Thanks

I am only using one tube and I have a button to activate each power supply so I have never thought about this. I don't see anything in lightburn either.
I would guess that choosing between the laser tubes would be a machine function?

I have never operated a twin laser machine - - but in RDWORKS in the layers screen there is an option to power #1 and or #2.
I presume each tube is a different power and depending on the desired output one tube is preferred over the other.
I also presume if you uncheck the power to tube one or tube two in the layers screen that will power off that tube when running the file - I don't use Lightburn so I cant speak to that software.

I’ve setup both lasers in settings but for some reason lightburn is not turning output off to one of the lasers when other is selected.
