Hi all my Wife and I have recently bought our first CO2 laser and started a small side business making various homer decor and baby related custom items. All is going well and we have been getting a steady supply of orders since the website we made went live www.etchnq.com.au. I myself have been tinkering with a few projects of my own that I had to also sell. For example a Gameboy cut and etched from layers of plywood complete with cartridges to insert with game scenes on them. Also Nintendo Switch name plaques are something im working on.
I mainly signed up due to some issues we are having with the laser and after researching and troubleshooting have found its likely an issue with the settings on the controller as it may have reset itself and I did not think to save a copy incase anything like this was to happen. I have found forum posts that apparently have the Vendor settings files but apparently I do not yet have permission to view them. I'm hoping by posting in this Tell Us About You section that will allow me or something.
Anyways,
Cheers,
Ben

Welcome Ben- We normally recommend folks save their vendor setting - but perhaps a bit late in your case.
In fact posting here opens up all the files elsewhere in the Forum.
I recommend saving your vendor files now despite any issue you have now so you can get back to a known condition in the event things get worse with any new settings.
