Geoff here from Australia. I've just purchased a 100W blue and white with a 1000mm bed. Looking forward to getting my teeth into everything cutting and engraving.
I have about 12 years experience with 3D printers - my first was a laser cut Printrbot, so in one sense the wheel has turned. Laser cutting is the next step in my quest to use computers to overcome my lack of hand skills. I hope to hone my knowledge so I can bore my friends and family with birthday gifts of finger box planters and bird houses.
Looking forward to catching up with some of you in the forums.

Welcome Geoff- we always recommend that you save your Vendor/Machine settings as they are easily lost and sometimes very hard to replace. This is a great hobby [or obsession for some of us] and you will enjoy it I hope. I have been 3D printing for many years as well and they can compliment each other.
