Hi all,

i need your help.
My 5 year old 60 watt laser makes sporadic mistakes.
From the noise, the motors of the Z axis are activated every second.
The error occurs in idle mode but also during operation.
If the error occurs, the green LEDs of all stepper controllers will flash.
I suspect the 40 volt power supply since all stepper controllers are flashing.

Thanks for your help
robert

After replacing the 40 volt 10 A power supply with a new one with 16 A, the laser works perfectly.
The defective power supply has voltage fluctuations of up to 5 volts without load.
