Hi all,
Have had a chinese blue and white "50 watt" laser for a few years now. was purchased second hand. Purely a hobby machine to make projects for myself and also learn a new skill. The machine has been out of action for roughly over 12 months as the power supply died, replacement took a fair while to arrive and then life got in the way.
Back on the wagon again now, the machine is receiving a complete rebuild (will be upgrading with some of Russ's parts). new tube, new power supply (original was the "stock" 40 watt" and now will have 60 watt), bed base (steel plate with set length grub screws as lift offs but will possibly change this, not sure yet), hour meter for the laser tube, incoming and outgoing water temp gauges, upgraded psu.

Look forward to scrolling through the posts and gather as much information as possible.
